Cardio Kickbox
High intensity kickbox training routine designed to use kickboxing techniques within a cardiovascular capacity to tone and shape muscles. Fast-paced and energetic! participants are expected to burn approx 400-600 calories per class!
Boot Camp
Basic exercise routines performed to strengthen and tone muscles with classic exercises such as jumping jacks and jumping rope mixed with high intensity weight training. Great for beginners, intermediates and advanced participants and another excellent way to burn between 400-600 calories per class!
Spin
A cycling workout which is an excellent exercise to strengthen your heart and tone your legs. The instructor then takes the class on a journey that includes sprints, hill climbs, and other exercises. Classes are usually 45 to 50 minutes long and are set to music.Expect to burn approx 500 calories per class.
Pilates
a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength and coordination without adding muscle bulk. Also focuses on core strength and muscle stability for increased agility and muscle endurance.
Dance Fusion
A class designed around the art of dance and all the physical and emotional benefits it offers. With high-energy music this class will help mold your body into one that helps you tone and strengthen your mucsles for that long, lean look while having fun at the same time; a workout routine that doesn't feel like work at all!
Senior Conditioning
This class takes you through a full body workout for the specific needs of our seniors citizens. Cardiovascular strength, muscle strength & flexibility all play an important role in this class to keep joint functionality, body mechanics and heart heath all at optimum levels.
Circuit
An endurance class for the whole body! Filled with impacting mucles movements for an alloted time at specific workout stations. You put in what you want to get out which makes this class great for beginners who would like to work up to "boot camp" level.
Sculpting
A sculpting class is a one hour, full body resistance workout targeting all muscle groups of the body. This class is dynamic fitness experience incorporating the use of hand-held weights, body bars, Dyna-bands, tubing, and floor mats for abdominal training. Individuals of all fitness levels have enjoyed this challenging workout!
